The itinerary begins in Molveno at Croce Marocchi (near the entrance to the Spiaggio camp-site). The first stretch follows the same route as path 332 which goes up to the Malga Andalo. Soon you come to a fork where you turn left and go as far as the point where the path joins the forestry road which climbs up to the Malga Andalo. Carry on along this road until path no. 326 turns northwards along Vela and the Ceda Valley. 
Climb up as far as the ruins of the Malga Ceda Bassa (1,434 m.) from where, along traces of a path, you come to the Malga Andalo Refuge. Continue along path no. 326 and you will come to the ruins of the former Malga Ceda Alta (1,888 m.). On the right are the rocky slopes of the Cima Sparaveri peak and of Monte Cresole, while on the left are the rock spurs of Monte Dio and Dos di Dalum, between which the lonely San Lorenzo Valley winds its way, enclosed by the Rossati peak. 
Carry on along grassy expanses until you come to the Ceda Pass at 2,223 metres which encloses the dark Pozza Tramontana hollow. Further on, at the fork with path no. 320, turn left (i.e. westwards) and follow path no. 320 as far as the Forcolotta di Noghera pass (2,415 m.) and from here to the Silvio Agostini Refuge (about 6 hours from Molveno – break for overnight stay). From the Agostini Refuge you go up the Ambiez hanging glacier past some modest rocky outcrops. At the fork with path  no. 358 (Brentari fixed rope route) turn left onto path no. 321 (Castiglioni fixed rope route). After a few crags, you soon begin to climb up the Cima d’Agola rock face. 
A few daring diagonal ladders and numerous fixed ropes make the climb up to the Bocchetta dei Due Denti a little easier. Coming down along the Vedretta di Pratofiorito hanging glacier, with magnificent views over the Adamello-Presanella massif, you get to the Dodici Apostoli Refuge in about an hour. At this point you have two possibilities for the descent along the Algone Valley: 1) you can follow path no. 307 and come to the Bregn de l’Ors Pass (1,848 m., 1 hour 40 minutes), and then with paths 333 and 354 to the Gotro Pass (10 minutes), and finally with path no. 354 you carry on to the Malga Movlina (1,786 m.) (2  hours from the refuge) ** (see note); 
2) from the Dodici Apostoli Refuge you can follow itinerary no. 341 which leads to the Dodici Apostoli Pass (2,570 m., 20 minutes) and then go down the Sacco Valley to the Baita Cacciatori lodge (1,800 m., 2 hours from the refuge). Here you take path no. 341 bis which goes to the Namba Valley car park (1,450 m., 2 hours 45 minutes from the refuge). In less than an hour you come to the Ghedina Refuge (Algone Valley).
