The routes with fixed rope supports in the Brenta Dolomites, Trentino: Sentiero Vidi From
the Grostè pass take path 390 which turns to the north-west and goes around the
Pietra Grande massif, passing rock crags by means of metal ladders and ropes.
Near the Orti della Regina (1½ hours from the Grostè Pass) path no. 390 joins
no. 336 (the Costanzi path) which you follow along the upper Gelada Valley as
far as the Bocca dei Tre Sassi pass (2,164 m.) (1½ hours, 3 hours from the
Grostè Pass). Leave path no. 336 and take no. 334, going down the Giare Valley
to the fork with path no, 306, the Palete path (about an hour’s walk, 4 hours
from the beginning). Follow the path and climb up towards the Grostè Pass (1
hour 20 minutes – 5 hours 20 minutes overall). |
