Up
and down along the Brenta Dolomites: fixed support paths in a 9 day hike.
The
tour of the fixed support routes of the Brenta Dolomites is suggested here in a
less intensive version, which takes nine days to complete. It may appeal to
those who, while they have the necessary experience, do not feel 100% fit and
therefore prefer to tackle the difficulties in a less energetic fashion. As with
the other itineraries it is possible to change the starting and finishing point
by making adjustments to the itinerary. Except for the Vidi path and the Oliva
Detassis path, all the other fixed support routes are included in this itinerary.
The highest point is at the Bocchette Alte at 3,020 metres.
NB.:
the times between points given in the tables refer to an average walking
speed (about 300-350 metres of difference in height per hour going uphill, about
500 metres going downhill and about 3 km on the flat), they do not include stops
and they assume normal weather conditions.
